Email is the only channel. Pick the topic that fits and your mail client will open with the subject prefilled. Replies come from a single person, not a queue.

Spotted a wrong figure, a stale centre name, a closed centre still listed, or a fact that does not match the current gov.uk page? Send the page URL and the issue. Corrections are made within a working week with an updated "Last reviewed" date on the affected page.
Questions about how a pass rate was computed, how wait-time estimates are modelled, or which DVSA quarterly release a figure came from. Researchers, journalists, and instructors welcome. The full methodology lives on the methodology page.
Journalists looking to quote a statistic, request a per-region breakdown, or include the dataset in a story. State the publication and a deadline; we will reply with the figure plus the gov.uk source link.
Driving schools, instructor networks, theory-test apps, insurance brokers, and educational publishers wanting to discuss a non-promotional integration or a data feed. Cold sponsorship pitches will be politely declined; integrations that genuinely help learners will be considered.
Data-subject access requests, takedown requests for personally-identifiable information, ICO-related enquiries, or anything covered by UK GDPR. The site does not collect personal data, but we still respond to every request.
Feature suggestions, design feedback, bug reports, accessibility issues, or just hello. Plain email works fine; no form-fill required.
Who replies
PassRates.uk is run by one person — an independent UK-based software engineer based in London — not a company, not a team. Every email goes to the same inbox and is read in the order it arrives. There is no chatbot, no autoresponder, no offshore ticketing. The trade-off is that response time scales with the backlog; if you have not heard back within the SLA above, send a one-line nudge and we will surface it.
What we cannot do
- Book your driving test — bookings go through the official DVSA service at gov.uk/book-driving-test. PassRates.uk is read-only data; we have no booking access of any kind.
- Recommend a specific instructor — quality varies and we are not in a position to verify it at scale. The DVSA register of approved instructors is at gov.uk/find-driving-schools-and-lessons.
- Predict your specific test outcome — pass rates are population statistics; an individual result depends on your driving on the day, the route on the day, and the examiner. Use centre comparisons as one input alongside your instructor's assessment.
- Share or sell user data — we do not have any. See the privacy policy for what is and is not collected.
Postal address
For anything that genuinely requires post (statutory ICO correspondence, legal service of process), please email first and we will provide a UK forwarding address by reply. We do not publish a postal address publicly because the site is run from a residential address and the contact volume does not warrant a registered office.
Response time + escalation
Most enquiries are replied to within the SLA stated above. If you have a privacy or data-protection request that has not been answered within UK GDPR's 30-day window, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
