What does the no entry sign mean?
No entry for vehicular traffic. You must not drive past this sign.

Do not enter. It usually marks the exit end of a one-way street or a road closed to your direction of travel.
Where you will see it
The wrong end of a one-way street, or a restricted access road.
Easy to confuse with: No stopping (clearway)
No stopping is a blue circle with a red ring and cross, and is about stopping, not entering. See the no stopping (clearway) sign.
