What does the Keep Left sign mean?
The Keep Left sign (MUTCD R4-8) is a regulatory sign under the federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, the national standard the states build from. The mirrored version of R4-7: the obstruction ahead is taken on its left-hand side instead.
